I'm so happy you landed here!

A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW...

I launched my journalism career back in 2010 when I landed a job as an editorial assistant at J-14 Magazine. Writing about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's on-again-off-again relationship was fun, but I wanted more: And so began my career as a journalist writing about health, wellness, feminism, entertainment, personal finance, and more.

In my near-decade in the media industry, I've worked as an editor at The Huffington Post, Elite Daily, and Mindbodygreen. Somewhere in between, I also became a certified yoga instructor and wrote a book about smoothie bowls. I now write for various sites all over the Internet, including (but not limited to) Well+Good, HuffPost, NBC News, A+E, Bustle, and Tinder.

I'm also a brand strategist, meaning I help small businesses and individuals gain exposure through social media strategy, email marketing, networking plans and more more.
